Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Ethoxydiglycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid.

When using lubricant, start by applying a small amount to yourself, your partner, or the toy you plan to use. To maintain control and prevent excess spillage, you can squeeze the lubricant onto your hands first and then apply it as needed. With a little practice, you will be able to estimate how much lubricant is necessary. Keep in mind that you can always reapply if needed.
